José María locked the precious, completed recipe in a wooden box and hid it within the cool walls of his home—and it is used to this day.
Today we create our tequilas using a unique small batch approach. A Maestro Tequilero oversees the double-fermentation, double-distillation and careful maturation of our Highland 100% blue agave in small, virgin oak barrels.
